We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help a leading social media company expand.

What's the job about:
1. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent agencies OR clients.
2. Conduct discovery sessions to understand needs and deliver customised advertising solutions.
3. Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand market share.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
5. Craft compelling proposals using insights, trends, and case studies.
6. Lead negotiations and close deals that drive long-term growth.
7. Provide market feedback to refine acquisition strategies and service offerings.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Who you are:
9. 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, digital advertising, or related fields.
10. Fluent in German and English OR French and English
11. Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets.
12. Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscape.
