About The Role
As an R&D Engineer III / Senior Engineer I, you will lead research and development efforts for sophisticated medical devices, collaborate with multiple functions to invent, build, and launch new products, with a focus on innovative medical device creation, prototype development, and testing.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and develop new products and processes for medical devices
* Lead multi-functional teams in developing and crafting medical devices
* Conduct engineering evaluations and unit testing
* Develop and validate new test methods
* Prepare and review technical documents and reports
* Train and mentor R&D technicians and engineers
* Handle project budgets and conduct cost analysis
About You
You have a B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering, with 4-9 years of industrial experience in R&D or process development, preferably in medical devices. You demonstrate hands-on technical competence, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in statistical software. Experience in process validation and leading multi-functional teams is crucial.
