Sales Development Executive (Full-Cycle)
Archer is seeking high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Appointment Setters who are ready to take the next step in their careers.
In many organisations, the SDR is restricted to the "top of the funnel" – generating leads only to hand them over to an Account Executive.

We are looking for ambitious professionals who want to own the
entire sales life cycle
, moving from prospecting to discovery, negotiation, and the final close.
This is not a lateral move; it is a clear career path into full-cycle sales with a commission structure designed to reward those who build their own pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Deal Management:
Manage the full sales process from initial outbound prospecting to contract signature.
Pipeline Development:
Leverage outbound techniques (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to build a robust book of business.
Consultative Selling:
Lead discovery calls and presentations to identify client pain points and pitch Archer's recruitment services.
Negotiation & Closing:
Move beyond "setting" to mastering the art of high-stakes negotiation and contract execution.
The Compensation Structure
We provide a transparent path to high earnings, rewarding both the effort of the hunt and the skill of the close.
Year 1:
Average total earnings of
€50,000
during the transition and closing-skills development phase.
Year 2:
Target total earnings of
€80,000+
as a Full-Cycle Executive.
Uncapped Upside:
Direct reward for revenue generated with no ceiling on earnings.
Hybrid Commission Model:
Includes both
upfront
commissions for new wins and
trailing
commissions for ongoing account value.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 1+ years in a dedicated outbound prospecting or appointment setting role.
Ambition:
A proven track record of hitting targets and a clear desire to move into a closing role.
Legal Status:
Must possess a valid EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
Availability:
Ability to work Monday–Friday in our Dublin City Centre office.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high-energy, collaborative mindset.
