This exciting opportunity is for an HR Coordinator to join our client, a nationwide retail business based in Co. Wicklow.
The role offers the chance to gain experience across both strategic and operational HR, supporting a highly dynamic and fast-paced organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* • Provide day-to-day support across the full employee lifecycle ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* • Assist Managers by taking notes during HR meetings and formal processes.
* • Deliver comprehensive administration support to the People & Culture team.
* • Respond promptly to employee queries relating to policies, procedures, and general matters.
* • Support engagement initiatives including wellness & diversity programs throughout the organisation.
