This is a customer-facing role on the retail floor, with additional responsibilities in the warehouse and online order fulfilment. You'll be helping customers find the right products for their pets, maintaining an organised and welcoming store, and assisting with stock management.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service in a courteous and professional mannerAssist customers with queries and product recommendationsProcess sales transactions and operate the tillPick, pack, and dispatch online ordersRestock shelves and ensure correct stock rotationMaintain store presentation by facing off shelves and managing signage, pricing, and labellingSupport in cleaning and maintaining retail and staff areas to ensure a safe, tidy environmentAssist with stock handling and movement within the store/warehouseWhat We're Looking For:Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable mannerAbility to work well in a team as well as on your own initiativeGood attention to detail and organisational skillsReasonable level of physical fitness (role involves regular movement and occasional heavy lifting)Patience and a genuine interest in pet nutrition and careBasic computer skills (for online order processing and till work)Flexibility and reliability – able to work weekends as requiredJob Types: Permanent, Full-timePay: €13.50 per hourBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
