The Contact Centre Sales Agent will be responsible for selling a range of products to existing customers through outbound telephone calls. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
* Generating increased sales by calling existing customers.
* Managing a database of unassigned accounts with associated sales revenue and key performance targets.
* Ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and keeping them informed about new products.
* Verifying order and customer details online.
* Achieving weekly individual sales targets.
Requirements
* Fluency in written and spoken German as well as English.
* Minimum of 1-year experience in sales, building relationships with key decision-makers.
* Possessing a passion for delivering excellent customer service and managing customer expectations.
* Being an energetic, self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills, focusing on listening and questioning skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
* Willingsness to work on-site in Dundalk or remotely within Ireland.
