Health & Safety Specialist - Dublin Operations
Our client, a leading international design and build consultancy, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations for civils projects in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's safety management system, environmental management system, and quality management systems to ensure continued compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
* Assist in implementing and enforcing health & safety policies across project sites
* Carry out site inductions
* Produce monthly statistics on health & safety performance metrics
* Investigate incidents and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions as needed
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant third-level qualification in health, safety environmentalscienceandqualitymanagement. Additionallytheyshouldhave5+years of experience workingon civilengineering/constructionsiteswith excellent interpersonal skillsand the abilitytoworkeffectivelywithinmulti-disciplinaryteams.Good IT skills withhigh attention todetail arealso essential.Requirementsinclude:
