Would you like to be part of the Ryanair Group’s cabin crew family of over 16,000 members? If you are customer-oriented, passionate about delivering excellent service, and seeking fast-track career opportunities, we would love to hear from you! No prior experience is necessary—just enthusiasm and team spirit.
We are recruiting for Cabin Crew positions at various bases and invite you to attend our In-Person Assessment Days. Your application review will determine your invitation date.

Your journey begins with a 6-week training course to equip you with essential safety and customer service skills. The course involves exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights and earning your Cabin Crew Wings.
Joining Ryanair means becoming part of a vibrant culture with endless career opportunities, from senior roles to regional management, and even directing inflight services.
