Key Responsibilities

* Effectively oversee all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
* Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site, including reviewing high-level deliverables and implementing quality assurance procedures.
* Take the lead in managing project scope and mitigating risk across projects, as well as attending Health and Safety meetings with site teams and subcontractors.


Requirements

* Degree/Honours Degree or relevant trade experience.
* Significant site management experience on residential projects, with knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects, accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key.
* The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
