As a member of the corporate treasury team, you will play a crucial role in managing international cash and treasury operations in the EMEA region. Your primary responsibilities will include reporting and monitoring daily cash and liquidity, as well as assisting with the preparation of the weekly cash forecast.
Key to your success will be your ability to consolidate and review weekly forecast submissions from entities, working closely with them to improve accuracy and accountability. You will also assist with the month-end process, reconciling intercompany balances and setting interest rates as needed.
In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bank sweeps are captured in the treasury management system and distributing month-end reports. Your expertise in foreign exchange trading, confirmation, and settlement will be essential in managing monthly intercompany netting and settlement, as well as securitization programs.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining sound internal controls and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class practice within the Treasury function.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business, with 2-5 years of experience in corporate treasury or banking. Knowledge of cash management products, bank services, and processes is essential, as is proficiency in treasury management systems and online banking systems.
A CTP designation is highly beneficial but not required. Prior experience with FIS Integrity and FX trading is desirable but not necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and a strong work ethic, are essential for success in this role.
