The Role:
We are looking for someone to lead buy & sell-side due diligence, delivering high-quality financial & commercial appraisal, business planning and project set up. Key responsibilities will include managing project teams to prepare and present end-client deliverables, building sustainable client relationships, participating in business development activities.
Key Skills:
1. ACA qualified or equivalent;
2. Prior experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role (min 4 years);
3. Solid understanding of the financial due diligence process;
4. Experience working on PE transactions; strong communication and leadership skills;
