Duty Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the running of key functions in a hotel environment, focusing on delivering top quality customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with other department managers to provide operational support and contribute to achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality customer care
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless service and drive business growth
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance skill sets and job satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or golf club environment
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
