Food and Beverage Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all food and beverage activities across our outlets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing Business Strategies
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, as well as 1-2 years of hotel management experience.
* Conduct weekly inspections of food and beverage regions to maintain the property's condition and recommend preventive maintenance
* Plan and coordinate in-house activities and package plans with the Head Chef, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Food and Beverage Operations Manager
* Select strategies to improve guest service, food production techniques, and efficiency
* Maintain highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services and products within corporate standards
* Screens, interviews, and selects potential Supervisors and team members for the department
* Establish effective internal communications to ensure optimum team work and productivity
Requirements:
* Experience: 1-2 years in food and beverage sector and 1-2 years in hotel management
* Skills: Ability to develop business plans, conduct inspections, plan events, improve guest service, and maintain quality standards
