About the Role:
Killarney Oaks Hotel is seeking a motivated and reliable Conference & Banqueting Set-Up Assistant to join our team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the set-up of the ballroom and other event spaces in line with function requirements.
* Moving, arranging, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
* Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standard prior to events.
* Liaising with the events and operations team to ensure set-ups are completed on time.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of storerooms and event equipment.
Requirements:
* Availability to work Friday and Saturday mornings.
* Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
* No previous experience required – full training provided.
