As an Operational Readiness Analyst, you’ll play a key role in assessing and ensuring both business and technical readiness ahead of major change implementations. You’ll collaborate across multiple business units, manage readiness checklists and playbooks, coordinate partner and end-to-end testing, and support the full change lifecycle — from planning to post-implementation review.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess operational and technical readiness prior to change implementation.
* Develop and maintain readiness documentation, playbooks, and reports.
* Coordinate partner and end-to-end testing with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Support cutover planning, dry runs, hyper care, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Track and manage defects, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
* Document procedures, escalation paths, and contingency plans.
About You
* 5–8 years’ relevant experience, ideally within custody, financial services, or digital assets.
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Suite, and Visio.
* Skilled in testing coordination and process documentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
