We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our Residential Management and Lettings team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that managed properties operate smoothly, with day-to-day maintenance requests handled efficiently and larger development projects coordinated effectively. The Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with contractors, property managers, asset managers and a large institutional landlord, overseeing maintenance operations via a CRM ticketing system, scheduling of works, reviewing and approval of quotes, liaising with tenants and clients, managing keys, and approving invoices.

Key Responsibilities
* Track and manage incoming maintenance requests
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance works
* Review and approve contractor quotes
* Oversee contractor performance and track completion of works
* Manage property keys and access
* Coordinate annual project development works
* Approve and process invoices
* Liaise with Property Managers and clients
* Handle conflict situations professionally and efficiently
