Key Responsibilities
* Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting and liaising with customers and clients
* Perform filing and reporting tasks, manage posts and couriers, database management, stock control, and general upkeep of the reception area
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience as a receptionist in professional services
* Proficiency in MS Suite and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on initiative and multitask while providing effective solutions to customer queries and complaints
