Senior HR Business Partner
This role will focus on leading the human resources and administrative operations for a Dublin-based team. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the Global Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives, oversee monthly payroll processes, and develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Direct HR and Admin operations
* Partner strategically with the Global Executive Team
* Lead recruitment and talent development initiatives
* Oversee monthly payroll processes
* Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
* Coordinate annual HR initiatives, engagement programs, and company events
* Oversee facilities management for Dublin offices
* Support group projects and initiatives as assigned
* Supervise the Dublin HR team to ensure high-quality service
* Report to the Head of HR and Admin
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in HR and administration management
* Strong strategic HR partnership skills
* Expertise in recruitment and talent management
* Skilled in payroll oversight and HR policy development
* Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives
