Manager – Environmental & EPR Consultancy - Remote Work (Europe)

A leading international consultancy is seeking a Team Manager to oversee and grow its global EPR advisory services. This is a senior leadership position. You will provide strategic, managerial, and operational direction to a well-established team, helping shape the next phase of growth and excellence in client delivery.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
1. Lead and manage a global team, assigning responsibilities and supporting staff development.
2. Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team environment.
3. Implement section-specific strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
4. Ensure effective project resourcing and delivery ownership in collaboration with senior managers.
5. Support mentorship and career development within the team.
Strategic Planning & Development
6. Contribute to the strategic direction of the EPR consultancy offering.
7. Identify opportunities for growth and implement improvements in services and delivery.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.
9. Plan for team capacity, staffing, and resource optimisation.
Performance Management
10. Monitor team and individual performance, and drive continuous improvement.
11. Provide support to senior managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
12. Be accountable for the quality of all EPR programme outputs delivered by the section.
Qualifications
13. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 10+ years of related experience.
14. Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams and complex EPR-related projects.
15. Strong experience with third-party and vendor relationships.
16. Willingness and ability to travel to support team operations and management.
