What you’ll do
* Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care and independent living skills
* Assist with community integration: accompany to appointments, social/recreational activities, family visits
* Support with daily tasks (e.g., cooking, laundry, cleaning), while promoting dignity and self-agency
* Work as part of a team to plan, record, review and monitor care plans and individual outcomes
* Uphold and comply with HIQA regulations & standards, best practice, safety, and safeguarding standards
* Work in a residential centre with a maximum of 4 residents
