The role
Key Responsibilities
Providing high-level administrative support to Partners and Associates
Proactively managing complex diaries, inboxes, meetings and extensive travel arrangements
Preparing and formatting legal documents, reports and presentations
Managing monthly billing processes, including time recording and invoice preparation
Supporting business development activities, including preparing client research and meeting materials
Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Providing support across the wider team as required
Ideal Candidate
Over 4 years' experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary supporting senior stakeholders within a law firm
Demonstrable experience managing complex diary schedules and handling billing processes
Experience using document management systems and strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
