Due to the expansion of our Clinic to Derrinturn, we require, a Medical Secretary/Receptionist for a full time permanent position, to be based in either of our Clinics.
The candidate would be working in a fully computerised, very busy Practice, alongside a large group of colleagues in a welcoming & friendly environment.
The Role:-
Greeting Clients
Handling Telephone & Email Queries
Booking Appointments
Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic
Cash Handling
Scanning & Filing
Carrying Out Requests From Management as needed
General Administration Duties
Requirements:-
A reliable individual with strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Excellent organisational & communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Good knowledge of Microsoft .
Knowledge of Socrates Software would be a distinct advantage.
At lease two years Administration experience is necessary
