Due to the expansion of our Clinic to Derrinturn, we require, a Medical Secretary/Receptionist for a full time permanent position, to be based in either of our Clinics.
The candidate would be working in a fully computerised, very busy Practice, alongside a large group of colleagues in a welcoming & friendly environment.
The Role:-
* Greeting Clients
* Handling Telephone & Email Queries
* Booking Appointments
* Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the clinic
* Cash Handling
* Scanning & Filing
* Carrying Out Requests From Management as needed
* General Administration Duties
Requirements:-
* A reliable individual with strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* Excellent organisational & communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft .
* Knowledge of Socrates Software would be a distinct advantage.
* At lease two years Administration experience is necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.00-€17.95 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
