We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our property's excellence by contributing to a culture that values people, service, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
* Review, update, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and best practices.
* Monitor and report on key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and engagement indicators.
* Conduct exit interviews and support our employer brand through recruitment platforms.
* Advise and support managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management practices.
* Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
Requirements:
* CIPD membership is desired.
* Prior experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
