About the Role:
As our F&B Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences within our restaurant, bar, and other food and beverage operations. You will lead a diverse team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
* Motivate, coach, and develop your team members, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
* Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new F&B initiatives and promotions.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry (hotel, restaurant, etc.)
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
* Positive attitude and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
