Desktop Support Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Administrator to provide technical support to employees and contractors on-site in Cork, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person technical support and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
* Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
* Advocate for customers by owning issues and facilitating technical support from initial contact to resolution.
* Evaluate escalated unresolved complex issues to suitable support teams.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in desktop support.
* Exceptional customer service skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
* Maintaining composure and a customer-service focus in stressful situations.
* Basic understanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting skills.
* Familiarity with multi-tiered and web-based information systems architecture.
* Experience providing hardware and software technical support for iOS devices and proficiency in troubleshooting iOS operating systems.
* Use of IT service management or CRM systems for tracking technical support cases.
