Customer Service Executive The Job Description: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will investigate, document and resolve issues that customers raise with us.
Process Improvement: We are always looking to improve our processes and you can play a key role in identifying areas for improvement.
You Profile: Key Requirements A minimum of 6 month experience in Customer Service;
Fluency in Dutch AND German languages as well as English language skills.
