OverviewInform3 Recruitment are recruiting for a Construction Manager/Junior Project Manager to work on civils projects in Laois.This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction manager to join a busy contractor and to progress in a new role.Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:Report in Senior ManagementEnsure the site complies with the Project PlanEnsure the site is a safe place to workOversee Direct and Sub-Contractor teams, coordinate daily with the teams regarding their dutiesComplete on a regular basis the site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.Manage and plan all Plant, Machinery and EquipmentTo ensure safe working practices are adhered to, as outlined in method statements and risk assessmentsTo attend sub contractors’ meetings and site staff meetings.Complete regular reports on pass onto Senior ManagementComplete Toolbox talks and Health & Safety BriefingsLiaise with the clientComplete any other duties as and when requiredConstruction Manager Required Qualifications/Experience:5 years’ plus experience in a similar roleExperience in managing civils site teamsProven track record of successful project deliveryConfident in the use of Microsoft OfficeFull Driving LicenseExcellent salary and package available to the right candidate.
