Your mission
Document and keep up to date the process within the Medmark service areas
Propose process and process improvements within the service areas
Take the lead on the service area to ensure its effective delivery
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure process and procedures are understood and utilised
Answering phone calls and arranging appointments
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Writing letters or recording medical notes
Filing and typing up reports
Scheduling off-site clinics
Supports physician staff by representing physicians
Providing personal assistant support to medical staff
Arrange referrals, billing patients and third-party payers
Maintaining office files and patient records
Maintain quality results by following and enforcing standards
Enhances physician office reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Cover for other team members as and when required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders.
Project administrative experience an advantage
Proactive at managing and directing your work
