Hotel Manager - Ireland 5* Hotel
My client, a luxurious 5-star hotel, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or Deputy General Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a senior management role within a large 4* or 5* luxury property with a busy F&B and C&B operation. They seek a financially aware professional who can lead their team effectively, demonstrating a strong work ethic to uphold standards and achieve results.
The Candidate:
* Experience in a similar role at a large 4* or 5* hotel or resort
* Ability to manage department heads and oversee multiple outlets
* Passion and knowledge of food & beverage
* Strong financial and commercial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss management, and wage control
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of leading hotel service standards
* Passion for hospitality and guest care
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams to exceed targets
* Ability to work under pressure with high energy and enthusiasm
