Electrical Maintenance Technician
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to membrane manufacturing operations, executing maintenance activities in a safe and cost-effective manner, and maintaining equipment to a high standard.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to membrane manufacturing operations
- Execute all maintenance activities in a safe and cost-effective manner
- Maintain equipment to a high standard
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Represent the maintenance team with regards to safety initiatives and practices
- Work within the engineering team to improve performance and efficiency
- Utilize SAP Next to ensure all maintenance activities are executed efficiently
Requirements:
- Time served electrician with a manufacturing background
- Strong instrumentation ability/qualification desirable
- Minimum 3-5 years working in a Med Device or Pharma manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ATEX and maintenance of Ex-rated equipment
- Demonstrated high performance history, proven ability to execute and results-driven
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Preferable experience with calibration systems and CMMS SAP PM System
- Excellent awareness and experience in relation to Quality and Environmental Health & Safety
- Familiar with GMP requirements within a regulated industry
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
