Job Description:
We are partnering with a medical device company at a pivotal stage of its journey.
As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in scaling manufacturing operations from prototype and low-volume builds to robust, repeatable production in support of clinical trials.
This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments and enjoys working cross-functionally across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on manufacturing KPIs, driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, documentation, equipment uptime, throughput and yield
* Lead investigations into yield and process issues using methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and evolve preventive maintenance practices
* Train and mentor manufacturing team members on process optimisation
