Senior Care Coordinator
Are you passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities? Do you have experience in management and a degree in Applied Social Studies or relevant qualification?
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing exceptional care to service users in residential settings. As a Person In Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of our service users are met, teaching daily living and social skills, and establishing positive relationships.
The successful candidate will have:
* A degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or relevant qualification or eligible for CORU registration or be CORU Registered.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience with adults/children with intellectual disabilities.
* Proven managerial skills with a minimum of three years' experience at a management level and an appropriate management qualification of a minimum of a QQI level 6.
* The ability to work on his/her own initiative and supervise service users/staff in a residential setting.
* Experience of managing residential environments.
* Experience in managing behaviours that challenge.
* Good organisation and communications skills.
* Full manual driving license.
