About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM engineer to join our team. As a BIM engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project outcomes across multiple disciplines.
You will ensure compliance with standards and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing in a similar role and thrive in a fast-paced environment working with clients and as part of a dynamic wider team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Producing clear and reliable 3D designs from concept stage through to construction incorporating structural, architectural and MEP systems.
2. Managing the delivery of BIM models and CAD documentation of designs, as well as compiling BIM Execution Plans.
3. Maintaining an overview of all aspects of development including BIM processes, 2D and 3D designs and coordinating services to finalising a successful project.
4. Preparing technical reports, specification and schedules.
5. Contributing to the planning of team workload.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience working within the construction/engineering sector.
* Strong command of BIM tools including Revit and Navisworks.
* Well-versed in BIM workflows, data management practices, and project coordination.
* Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings.
* Comfortable working on concurrent projects.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
