This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join a dynamic team. You will take ownership of a varied portfolio, lead engagements from planning through to completion, and play a key role in developing junior staff while supporting the wider growth of the business.

About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong experience within an audit and accounts environment
Proven ability to manage engagements and lead teams effectively
Strong technical knowledge including FRS 102, IFRS and auditing standards
Experience in accounts preparation within a practice setting
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
About Your New Role

Manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients across a range of sectors
Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Act as a key point of contact, building strong client relationships
Support and mentor junior team members

Review corporation tax returns and ensure timely submissions
Plan and allocate work across the team, monitoring progress and budgets
Conduct client meetings throughout the audit lifecycle
Identify opportunities to enhance client service delivery
Support business development and growth initiatives

Assist with advisory and consultancy assignments
Deliver training and support wider team development
Contribute to internal process improvements and firm initiatives
