Reservations Agent
This role is responsible for managing room reservations and assisting with the reservations process.
\
* Manage no-shows and cancellations, processing charges according to hotel policy.
* Work closely with the sales team to identify leads and convert them into bookings.
* Liaise with the reservations manager to maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel reservations/front office role, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Assist with meeting targets and exceeding budgeted expectations.
* Ensure excellent guest and customer service at all times.
* Monitor email traffic and record reservations accurately.
* Manage group blocks, including cut-off dates and contracts.

Requirements
\
* At least two years' experience in a hotel reservations/front office role.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Organized and efficient hospitality professional with strong multi-tasking ability.
