In this role you will be responsible for developing financial services product strategy including identifying new market opportunities, developing new and/or refining existing products to meet market needs and managing products over their lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be able to clearly demonstrate experience in Product Management – you have owned a product end‑to‑end.
Product Strategy, Customer/Market Needs, Building Roadmap, Product Development, Go‑to‑Market, Measuring Product Performance, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead, Shape and Execute the product roadmap across the end‑to‑end lifecycle
Identify opportunities for product development and/or improvement and target markets
Implement Analytics KPIs – how data is collected, measurement and reporting
Define Product KPIs, aligned with commercial KPIs, to monitor performance and success of financial services products
Experience:
Over 15+ years building, defining, implementing Product Roadmaps within Financial Services (Lending/Leasing/Banking/Fintech) with a bachelor's degree.
Good background in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Process/Operational Efficiencies with Six Sigma DMAIC certification/experience as a benefit.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management background.
Strong financial acumen, able to identify new revenue streams and drive P&L growth.
Solid understanding of current technologies to drive business strategies and objectives.
