Job Title: Re-Integration Project WorkerLocation: Coolmine TC – Coolmine LodgeReports to: Careers and EducationHours: 23 hours per week. Some out of hour's work required.Salary: €25,125 - €25,623 (Salary Scale - Depending on Experience)Purpose:To provide quality service to clients and families/significant others in accordance with best practice in the area of case management, group therapy, psycho-social workshops, and formal / informal interactions with clientsContact Email: Application Ref. Coolmine Therapeutic Community believes that everyone should have the opportunity to overcome addiction and lead a fulfilled and productive life.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The key responsibilities include the following:Deliver the structured 8-week, rolling-entry reintegration programme with a focus on recovery capital.Facilitate open groups and weekend planners/reviews, plus workshops covering themes such as nature-based activities, sport/exercise, community involvement, education, culture.Complete key-working, one-to-one sessions with Reintegration Programme clients.Uphold programme rules firmly and fairly, applying consequences where necessary (including discharges/referrals).Support participants in building recovery-supportive networks and engaging in meaningful prosocial activities.Develop individual reintegration plans in collaboration with clients and Careers & Education Coordinator.Liaise with external agencies, community organisations, and educational providers to expand opportunities for participants.Monitor attendance, progress, and outcomes; maintain accurate records and reports.Contribute to ongoing programme development and evaluation.To engage with and build a professional and trusting relationship with clients treating them with dignity and respect in order to work within the values of Coolmine Therapeutic Community.To perform all the duties relating to the facility, and to ensure that the immediate social needs of clients are met.To perform the practical tasks of caring for the client to ensure that the running of the house is maintained (e.g., standards of living, hygiene of the facility, health and safety,) at the highest possible level.To support the client's if/when they require practical supports or been requested by their keyworkerTo maintain the structure of the therapeutic communityTo complete overseeing duties and support clients on the floor at all timesTo work within the policies of Coolmine Therapeutic Community in order to ensure that a consistent delivery of service and quality standards are adhered to in a drug and alcohol- free environment.To complete all administrative tasks such as handover reports and relevant form filling are completed appropriately in order to ensure that the facility runs smoothly and effectively.To ensure that medication room is clean and tidy;
