Treo Port Lairge CLG is actively seeking an individual with exceptional governance expertise to join our esteemed Board of Directors.
The Board meets once a month and operates a number of sub committees. Treo aims to recruit a board member to support the CEO and board members to review its governance documents, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Other responsibilities:
* Provide strategic oversight and guidance on governance matters.
* Review and enhance governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
* Facilitate effective board operations and decision-making processes.
Governance is a rolling item on the Board's agenda. The board of directors is actively discussing and addressing issues related to corporate governance, such as board composition, review of policies, risk management, and compliance with regulations.
