As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will lead the food and beverage operations across top-tier hotels nationwide. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize food and beverage performance, managing departmental budgets, collaborating with culinary teams, leading and training staff, monitoring guest feedback, and improving operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance food and beverage offerings and revenue growth
* Manage budgeting, cost control, and profit margins for the department
* Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning and preparation, ensuring high quality and consistent presentation
* Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service experiences
* Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
* Oversight of supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and inventory management
* Cooking events and banquets for weddings, conferences, and special occasions
* Improve operational efficiency by refining workflows and processes
* Partner with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings and brand initiatives
