We are seeking a driven professional to join our client's growing team and help them expand their presence within the industrial automation, process control, pneumatics, and electrical controls sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader, delivering value-driven solutions to contractors, project managers, and business owners, while developing new business and maximising existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with channel partners, specifiers, contractors, project managers, and business owners to develop and manage a strong business pipeline.
* Deliver engaging presentations to the specifier and contractor community.
* Optimise existing accounts, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
* Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience in solution-based field sales (minimum 3+ years).
* Background in industrial automation, process control, pneumatics, or electrical controls & automation.
* A technical qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering).
* A strong track record of winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
* A customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
