Overview
A leading corporate services provider is seeking to recruit a legal administrator to join their capital markets team.
The role will report to the head of governance and transaction services.
The legal administrator will have ideally six months experience working in the legal sector.
Key responsibilities
Arranging for document execution and liaising with intermediaries for the safe delivery of such documents within a quick turnaround
Assisting in ensuring all on-going statutory, legal and transactional obligations are met and ensuring good corporate governance throughout
Assisting with the coordination and oversight of pan-European securitisation transactions from a governance, compliance and administrative perspective
Assisting with organising, convening (including the preparation of board packs) and attending client board and committee meetings
Drafting minutes and action item lists from board and committee meetings and circulating to clients and boards of directors in a timely manner
Maintaining statutory registers, filing forms with the CRO, incorporating new companies and drafting Constitutions
Qualifications
As the legal administrator you will have a legal, finance or a business degree, minimum six months to two-years' experience within a corporate services provider or legal/financial sector.
Excellent attention to detail essential.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
An interest in company secretarial and compliance matters.
