Test Manager | Contract
We have an immediate need for an experienced Test Manager to work with our client on a large project.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a very reputable organisation for a daily rate of €500 per day (negotiable depending on experience) and 6 month rolling contract. 2 days on site required.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
2. Create and execute a detailed testing strategy for the organisation
3. Liaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
4. Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
5. Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process
Requirements:
6. At least 7 years' experience within Test Management
7. Experience of working on large migration projects would be beneficial
8. Strong UAT management experience
9. In depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools) and experience of working within various methodologies.
10. Excellent communication and leadership skills
