Your responsibilities: As a Panel Manager/Coordinator, you will be working onsite at our client's R&D facility in Cork, Ireland.
As the first point of contact for our client's R&D team, you will be responsible for panel, project and lab management.

Scheduling of all panels, ensuring a minimum turn-around time of sample results.Panel recruitment, training, performance & maintenance.Creating project research plans including proposed methodologies.Signing off technician's reports and prepare more complex data set/method reports.Collaborating with the client's sensory team on final interpretation/recommendation/ report requirements.Coaching & development of panel leaders/technicians, helping them to advance and expand their capabilities.Implementing new sensory methods (incl.
