A vacancy has now become available for a
Full-Time Sales Associate
to join our team at our Galway depot.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth depot operations.
This position is
40 hours per week
,
with Saturday work required on a rota basis
once full training has been completed
.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent service to all Fleetwood customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain strong customer relationships by listening to requirements and providing clear, helpful responses.
Process orders accurately and liaise with couriers to arrange timely deliveries.
Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
Continuously grow and maintain product knowledge.
Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and identify new opportunities.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandising meets company standards.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe depot environment.
Check incoming stock and store efficiently.
Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
Undertake deliveries using a company vehicle as required.
Qualifications and Competencies
Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of stocktaking procedures is an advantage.
Strong communication, customer service, and listening skills.
Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn.
Friendly and approachable personality.
Full Driving Licence required.
