The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual materials that align with the organization's mission. Daily tasks include designing digital and print media, developing branding materials, and collaborating with program teams to create impactful visuals for campaigns and presentations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring brand consistency and contributing innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.QualificationsProficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience in branding, layout design, and creating social media graphicsStrong creative, artistic, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teamsDegree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferredExperience working with non-profits or on social impact projects is a plusKnowledge of UX/UI design principles is an advantage
