We are seeking an individual with experience in a busy café or restaurant setting who is confident in delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Prior barista experience is an advantage, but not essential. what matters most to us is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
At Old Finn Café, exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You'll be expected to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders accurately, prepare and serve food and drinks efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming and relaxed café environment. Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods are key.
We also place a strong emphasis on impeccable personal presentation and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Maintaining a clean and well-organised workspace, following health and safety procedures, and upholding the café's high standards at all times are essential parts of the role.
