The Vision
We're looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing / Entertainment Publicist Executive to join our team in spearheading innovative campaigns that connect audiences with artists across music, theatre, comedy, family attractions, and exhibitions.
This pivotal role involves creation, development and leading social media and PR strategies to maximise exposure, drive ticket sales, and deliver memorable experiences.
You will work closely with artists, agents, and platforms to ensure our events are promoted to receive optimal exposure across digital platforms, while also engaging with broadcast and print media to secure targeted coverage for relevant events. A blend of social media management, communications experience, and content creation will be essential to thrive in this fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities
* Digital Marketing Strategy / Content Creation:
* Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) to promote shows, events, and artists in selected venues including but not limited to The Grand Social, Workmans, Whelan's, etc.
* Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality video and image content for promotional campaigns, including content creation on event days (as necessary)
* Oversee editorial calendars and scheduling, ensuring all communications align with brand and event timelines
* Managing the organic social strategy for selected shows – announce, presale, on sale – across all relevant channels including social media, websites and email communications
* Managing paid advertising initiatives via social media channels for the respective shows. Tracking campaign expenditure and ensuring accuracy for settlement of the respective shows.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using insights to optimise strategy, targeting, and audience engagement.
* Communications:
* Draft, develop, and distribute media bulletins, ensuring accuracy in announcements, tour dates, and promotional materials
* Pitch interviews and stories to relevant media outlets, creating compelling narratives around artists and events
Build and maintain strong media relationships to maximise event exposure across digital and broadcast.
Skill & Knowledge Requirements
* Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing public-facing social media accounts and creating engaging content. Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
* Leading Practice: Keeping up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices to inform strategy and optimise performance.
* Industry Knowledge : A strong knowledge of the entertainment industry. Experience working with artists and record labels an advantage
* Entertainment Communications : Scripting promotional material and pitching stories to platforms. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Creative & Strategic: Ability to plan and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and ticket sales
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional project and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure all shows are announced on schedule, information is accurate, and all cross-checks are completed before publication
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in image and video editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or equivalent), with the ability to produce high-quality, polished assets suitable for professional marketing and promotional use.
* Education: A qualification in Digital and Social Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field may be advantageous.
