Our client, a boutique wealth management firm in Dublin is seeking a QFA qualified Paraplanner to provide essential support to its Directors.
This part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to work closely with a dedicated team, delivering tailored financial solutions to private clients and SMEs.
What you'll do
Prepare detailed client files for advisor meetings
Assist with client onboarding processes and documentation requirements
Process applications while ensuring compliance regulations are adhered to
Provide support on income distribution matters for clients
Coordinate compliance reviews and activities across the firm
Collaborate with advisors on financial planning tasks using Voyant software
Adapt to evolving business needs and assist with payroll-related tasks
What you bring
QFA qualification (mandatory) with proficiency in Voyant software
Previous experience in financial services or wealth management roles
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Meticulous attention to detail when working with sensitive information
Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business demands
