Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive compliance program to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards and company goals.
* Safety and Risk Management: Oversee the management system to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, risk assessments and a safety-first culture.
* Environmental Sustainability: Develop and maintain environmental sustainability strategies aligned with regulations and company objectives.
* Quality Control: Maintain and develop the quality management system, manage audits, ensure document control and oversee calibration programs.
* Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate global product approvals, liaising with test labs, notified bodies and regulatory authorities.
* Leadership and Governance: Develop compliance frameworks, engage with auditors and certification bodies and report to senior management on compliance risks and performance.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Quality, Environmental Science or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, quality or regulatory affairs (manufacturing/electronics preferred).
* Proven track record managing ISO certification programs.
* Familiarity with EU, UK and global regulatory frameworks.
* Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
* Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
