Job Title: CRM Campaign Lifecycle Manager

Overview: Our client is Ireland's fastest growing and most innovative online broker with an exciting new opportunity for a proven CRM Campaign & Lifecycle Manager to own the strategy and delivery of CRM Comms across full marketing lifecycle and retention journeys for one of Ireland's leading digital brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Launch, monitor and refine campaigns on an ongoing basis, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance.
* Analyze and report on campaign results, tracking KPIs and delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Represent CRM in wider projects, ensuring campaigns meet business needs and are delivered to the highest standard.
* Ensure CRM activity is aligned with business goals, working closely with Brand, Sales, Data and IT.
* Deliver measurable improvements in retention and engagement.
* Journey maps and campaign calendars.
* Lead Comms journeys and campaigns – copy, design, targeting set-up, etc.
* Test plans and learning summaries.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as deemed appropriate.
Candidate Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in similar CRM Campaign Lead role, with proven ability to independently plan, build and execute campaigns across email and SMS essential.
* University Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Studies/Management, or related fields.
* Strong hands-on experience in campaign execution: copywriting, segmentation, automation setup, creative liaison, testing, deployment and post-campaign analysis.
* Extensive experience using CRM platforms is required.
* Comfortable using Tableau or Power BI reports to read data, interpret trends and derive actionable insights to present to key stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer journeys and data-led marketing.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights for optimization.
* CRM channel planning (email, SMS, in-app, push) .
* Test design and execution (A/B, multivariate)
• Collaboration with data and creative teams to translate insights into messaging
* Journey orchestration, personalization logic, dynamic content setup.
* Audience segmentation and QA of targeting logic.
* Technical understanding of CRM data flows and integration points.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proactive, commercially minded and confident in taking full ownership of campaigns end-to-end.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.
